It's time for Vacation Bible School! We are excited for kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trek the tundra, they’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!


Ages: Entering VPK (August 2025) - just completing 5th grade.


This year, we are excited to again be partnering with First United Methodist!

Is there a registration deadline?

Online registration closed on Friday, June 13 but walk-up registration will be accepted day of. There is currently not a limit to the number of participants.

Is the a cost?

We are very happy to offer our VBS free of charge. If you would like to make a donation, you may do so at our registration. All donations will go towards the FUMC & Trinity UMC kids ministries. 

How long is vbs?

Our program runs June 16-20 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What should my child wear?

Appropriate clothes with comfortable sturdy shoes are recommended every day so your children can freely run and play. Our crafts are awesome, fun, and potentially messy! Please make sure your children wear play clothes that can get dirty. 


Will snacks be provided?

Yes, a small meal/supper will be provided. If your child has a food allergy please include that on the registration form.

Safety

Safety is very important to us. All volunteers have been screened with a background check per our policy. Additionally, we have safety teams on campus making sure that everyone is safe and healthy.

We hope to capture fun and magical moments each day during our program. You'll find a photo release form in the registration process. 

What are the age requirements?

VBS is open to students entering Kindergarten (Summer 2024) to students just completing 5th grade.
