New to Trinity or the area? Visiting a new church can be scary. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that is fun and friendly for you and your family. Plan your visit with us to help eliminate any stresses or concerns you may have!
Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect. We invite you to come just as your are to experience what the gospel means both intellectually and relationally at one of our Sunday worship services. You can engage with others and find places for your whole family to connect. We hope that through visiting with us, you will experience the hope, love and joy that comes from a community of people who love Jesus.
We are excited to announce a new beginning at Trinity UMC starting on Pentecost, June 5th, 2022! At the May 3rd Church Council meeting, the Council approved the transition of our 8:30 a.m. Traditional Worship Service to become an 8:45 a.m. Holy Communion Worship Service.
During this new worship service, we will offer Holy Communion every Sunday. This Service will be a means for our current members to experience Christ's grace, and it will also create another entry point for new people to attend Trinity. During this Service, we plan to foster an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that will encourage prayer.
What will the Holy Communion Worship Service look like?
The 8:45 a.m. Holy Communion Worship Service will include singing, scripture reading, a message from the pastor, holy communion, and prayer. Music will be included in this new Service in some form. In the weeks and months ahead, with the Holy Spirits' help, we will adjust as needed to provide the best worship experience possible.
When will this change occur?
This new beginning at Trinity UMC will start on Pentecost, June 5th, 2022. From now until then we will continue with the services as regularly scheduled.
We understand that change can be difficult; it can even be scary. However, change can also lead to exciting opportunities to spread the love of Christ and to make disciples. Our visioning team has prayed long and hard and put much thought into making this transition. We believe that God will bless it, and we hope that you'll continue to be a part of our Trinity family as we work together to further the kingdom of God.
Traditional worship at Trinity keeps us in touch with the deepest roots of the Christian faith. We appreciate the traditional elements of worship and have pews, pulpits, choir lofts, robes for pastors and choirs, daylight streaming through the stained glass, the deep resonant sound of a pipe organ, and the classical piano. Voices led by the Chancel Choir lift high the praises of God. It has everything you'd expect in traditional worship.
Every Sunday is a structured combination of the use of traditional prayers and liturgy. It allows you to put yourself in a place where we can hear God's voice through song, traditional prayer, scripture reading, and sermon.

Contemporary worship provides a mix of contemporary and traditional elements. If you love church traditions and a bit more pep in your music, contemporary is the perfect place for you.
We strive to provide an online worship experience that is accessible and intimate for those unable to join us in-person.

Most people think of Easter as a single day; however, Easter isn’t just a day. It’s a whole season of 50 days between Easter Sunday and Pentecost. This season celebrates the resurrection of Christ and allows us to reflect and refocus on our mission.
We will spend the next 50 days making disciples of Jesus Christ. We will spend the next 50 days breaking down barriers that keep people from turning to Christ. We will spend the next 50 days reflecting on ourselves and our relationship with Christ. We will spend the next 50 days focusing on our calling to share the love of Christ.
Over the next 50 days, there are several phenomenal opportunities to break barriers and share the love of Christ with others. Join us each week for a new and exciting opportunity. Drop off any items listed below at the church office during the scheduled week.
